Fueled by a passion for helping others, Chad encourages people young and old in their personal growth and athletic development, devoting his time and energy to numerous charities. In 2016, Chad joined the Colorado Cancer Foundation and actively participates on the executive board, helping the 501(c)(3) plan and prepare for its annual fundraiser, the Eldorado Run for the Cure. Similarly, in 2015, as part of an "iRun" event, Chad provided shoes to 200 children in the highlands of Guatemala around the Tecpan 30k Trail Race.
